I brought my jeep in for a roaring noise and was told it was tires even though I knew it wasn’t. I left there feeling unheard and disappointed. These are the same tires I bought with my jeep and I have never heard the sound before. My son, who is a diesel mechanic, listened to the noise and diagnosed the problem. My husband called back down there and spoke to the service manager and when I brought the jeep back in the problem was found to be exactly what my son found it to be. I had paid a diagnostic fee previously for nothing and I feel very let down with the service given. More

Overall I would rank my experience as very positive, excellent and satisfactory! Sales and finance were very friendly, straightforward and easy to work with, the purchase process was a breeze and I don' excellent and satisfactory! Pricing on the vehicle I traded in on was decent compared to market, in additon to the fact that their trade-in offer for my old vehicle remained unchanged despite an issue having been uncovered upon inspection. Service came through as amazing also as they even re-inspected my new vehicle right before I drove it off the lot! The only disappointment I have, despite the stunning condition and mileage of my new-to-me vehicle for its age, is the cleanliness of it, most notably the interior. In all honesty I would expect for a vehicle from a dealership such as this to be cleaned and detailed to a higher standard. That being my opinion, this vehicle was not by any means terribly cleaned, but it certainly could have been done better. That's the only thing negative I could possibly say, everything else from this dealership I have found very pleasing! They are super and I would highly recommend! More
