Christine, I am truly sorry for the experience you had at our Cedar Park location. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know about it. I met with our Cedar Park Service Manager this morning and read him your review. I'm not sure how the team went so wrong, but they have heard that this is not acceptable. All we needed to do is communicate to you accurately what the situation was with the warranty and make some effort to source a radio if we didn't have it in stock. Of course it doesn't matter whether you purchased the vehicle from us or not. I can't justify what you describe, but I have addressed it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you, Scott Elder
