Mr. Allbritton, thanks again for your feedback. As we discussed in our previous two phone conversations, and your wife discussed with our finance and sales department in her phone conversations, we have to rely on the best information available to us to determine the taxes that are levied in a different state and using that information we applied those taxes as we were informed. Generally, we are estimating the taxes and since we are not agents for the state of Louisiana, we do not have complete information for them. Based on the information we were given we estimated the taxes and included them in your loan agreement, and issued a check for your convenience. Also, we have checked and the extended service contract was cancelled on the day that the request was made. I am not sure what, if anything, more we could do in this situation.
