Buyer beware, the dealership practices, devious pricing practices. The salesman quoted me a price and an interest rate and when I return to purchase the vehicle, I was quoted a higher price and a higher in practices. The salesman quoted me a price and an interest rate and when I return to purchase the vehicle, I was quoted a higher price and a higher interest rate, when I reminded him of the price he gave me in the interest rate he tried to gaslight me, but I had texted it to someone and showed him the text. The sales manager adjusted the price, but raised the interest rate and informed me that unless I was paying full price, I couldn’t have the lower interest rate, But he made up for the reduced price by adding over $4000 worth of Garbage fees and asked for expenses in the contract price. He was so busy using his right hand to get me focused on the monthly payment that the left-hand was adding all these fees to the contract , Only after I informed him the monthly payment was not an issue. Did we focus on the purchase price which forced him to remove the $4000 worth of Garbage fees and bring The price down Where it was supposed to be. During this entire negotiation, I should have walked out at that point, because I was gaslighted and complemented on Being “sharp “ , A person buying a vehicle from this dealership should not have to be sharp, an honest dealership would not be tacking on the kind of fees they tack on, it was truly Devious pricing practices, Even on the way to financing, the sales manager manager added another $300 on the contract which I had to have removed. I was told I could pick up my vehicle the next day after it was fueled and detailed, it was fueled, but never detailed, and we noticed it had what we learned were defective rims. We were told to come back the next day, and they would take the rims off of a different vehicle and put them on ours, we drove the hour down waited the hour to have the new rims put on only to find out the rims were the same. They either took defective rims off another car, or they never changed out the rims on the original vehicle. We were told they would have to order new rims under the vehicles warranty , it’s been three weeks, and I still haven’t heard anything, but why should I be surprised. What should’ve been in happy occasion is now a nightmare, they titled the vehicle in North Carolina, knowing I was only a part-time residence, and my drivers license was from New York, so I’m unable to drive the vehicle , because you can’t have it insured in North Carolina unless you have a North Carolina drivers license and I can’t have it registered in the state of New York without a title, and I can’t get the title for another three weeks. Shame on you, East Carolina Dodge, for your deceptive pricing practices, for your lack of commitment to ensure you do the job correctly, it seems your last concern is a happy customer. More

I own a Chysler crossfire that was serviced for a key ignition switch. My car was towed to the location. The ignition wouldn’t turn nor start. The vehicle window was down and rain poured in for weeks at ignition switch. My car was towed to the location. The ignition wouldn’t turn nor start. The vehicle window was down and rain poured in for weeks at a time. I decided to check on my crossfire window was never closed. I mentioned the window was down when the appointment was made. The service manager was not aware the car was on the lot in the back. When I shared my concerns, he said he would shampoo correct it. Cleaning the seats and floor from the mildew that now in my car. At the time, I’ve taken pictures of my car, that has always been garaged. I waited patiently for the part to arrive. I received a call car was ready. When I got there and paid over 1k for repairs, my car had a flat tire, it had to be jumped and now there was a check engine light on. Prior to getting in my car I ask if the car had been done with the points check. I was told it was, how was that possible with a check engine light on. In any case, again they reassured me after speaking with Service Manager Dave Hamilton he again agreed they would fix the problem. He mentioned be new on the job, and I mentioned their customer service was terrible. Afterwards, I drove off with my vehicle, just to find out it would not change into 2nd gear. I immediately took my car back to them and left for repairs to get it right. The car has been with them since April 2022. I’m now having my car towed away because they can’t fixed the problem. They don’t have the equipment to fix it nor can they set the code. Remember my car was full of water in the floor when I check on it. Dave did mention the Wire hardness had rusted and the were hoping it would dry and they could repair the transmission control module. I’ve now taking my car away to find out that the water that set in my car for However long could possibly caused the damage. Yes, I spoke briefly with General Manager, he apologized and said he would look into it and get back with me. NO WORDS FROM HIM. I’ve lived all over the US, I owe 5 vehicles and never ever have I experienced such terrible incompetent car service. More
They quoted me $1,250 to replace a failing arm rest (driver side) on my 2017 Ram. They said it couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. Another Ram dealer repaired it and reinforced the other do (driver side) on my 2017 Ram. They said it couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced.
