Had been to other dealers to look at different models. He knew the GM product better then any of the other people we had spoken with. The introduction to the car was very good, as was the test drive. He was no pressure, very nice. I would, and have recommended him to my co-workers and family.As for the car, we bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze and we are very happy with the car.
