Over the past 20 years I have always had excellent service experience at Dell. My decision to continuing to purchase cars there is based to a great degree on this. I had a rain leak during which the initial contact with Dell was fraught with miscommunication and delays, which was to be honest, unusual. That being said this was the only exception to an otherwise perfect history with Dell. When we had finally got things straight our service contact, Mark, and his team performed exceptionally well. The leak was fixed, tested, the car was cleaned and deodorized, all at a reasonable price. Excellent work!!! Thank you! More

Service advisor and service manager refused to accept responsibility of damage done to drivers side carpet. The drivers seat was greased twice both the rails and inside where springs are located due to s responsibility of damage done to drivers side carpet. No place near where you could naturally hold or rest your foot. They tried saying it’s from friction. I asked service manager to sit inside and tell me how they came to that conclusion. His answer after sitting inside”are you the only driver of vehicle and a walking device could cause that”. I am the only driver and I never had a walking device. There is a 2” perfectly round diameter hole where you can see the glue breakdown which is brittle. The nearby surrounding carpet fibers were brushed aggressively and can see the loose fibers hanging. I called another local Toyota dealership and they estimated in the $2000 range to replace carpet and labor. Del Toyota offered no resolution or acceptance of careless workmanship. Curious to see how the grease put in the seat cushion does in the years to come. Ultimately, after another visit they figured out the bolts of seat weren’t torqued to spec. Very disappointed with Del Toyota. More
