I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic. More
