"very fast and was back on the road in no time!!"

The service, was quick and spent no time at all! The staff were super friendly, and made sure that I have been looked after! The Customer Service was excellent, they'd come in and have a chat with you while your vehicle was being looked after. I was welcomed with a friendly greeting, and a left with a smile on my face.

"Buying a 2017 F150"

I came to Cypress Motors that day not knowing what I would really get. We just needed a simple truck for our business. I was introduced to one of the sales staff who turned out to be very helpful. He showed us options, compared features and costs, and worked out a good financing term. Even offered to keep the truck for a night for test drive. Could not asked for more. Great to deal with!

Arrived at Quick Lane. Second in line. Brett came out, informed me how long the wait would be. Recorded mileage, handed him the keys and went to service waiting room. Was informed twice during he wait on progress. When complete went through check sheet and finished payment. Brett walked me to the car opened the door and was on my way. Excellent service. Quick. " spark plugs replaced"

I was charged $409.19 to have 6 new spark plugs installed, it would have been $50 more if the shop supplies had been included, but the service Advisor took that off when I questioned that charge, 2 hours shop time, most of which was spent waiting for the engine to cool down, I could have left the car outside to cool, if I had been informed, if this is not customer gouging I do not know what is, I will think twice before going to a ford dealer again for service, Very disappointed with this ford dealership.!!!
