The model and color was not available on their lot, but within 2 business days they had the vehicle. The exterior was/wax was not quite completed properly, but they corrected everything within 15 minutes within 2 business days they had the vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience at the most recent Lease of a 2024 Honda CRV XL. Chris, the salesman, was very nice to work with. He did not rush us and I felt was honest with opinions and answers. Choosing a color was not an easy task but he was very helpful in that regard. Felt bad when had to give a brief comment at the dealership upon completion of the transaction. There were a few minor areas on the car when it had not been wiped properly. We felt it should have been looked over before we arrived. Yet realize that overall it was just a little minor thing and perhaps he had just not had a chance to do so. More
