I will never do business with curry again. After almost 30 years of doing business. Buying multiple cars over the years and countless maintenance visits is all a thing of the past. My cars brakes squeak every time I touch the brake pedals. Every time. From the time I leave the driveway, to the first stoplight, to when I get to work or home. I relayed this to the woman making the appointment, and the attendant taking my car when I dropped it off. The next day I got a message that my car was ready and no problem was found. My brakes were good. The pads and rotors were fine. It took me 5-6 calls to get a hold of anyone who could answer my questions and then when I did ask why my brakes were squealing if they were good was responded with scilence. They would get back to me I was told. I waited longer and then again tried to get a hold of somebody why could answer my question. I also got a text message that said that my car then needed addition work. I finically got a hold of somebody who just said I might need my rotors re surfaced. Never once did I get a this is the cause of my problem. After a 15 minutes conversation with no answers at all and a lot of questionable claims from the representative I told them to get my car ready and I’m picking it up. I feel like your just trying to get more $$ out of my with a fishing trip to questionable car problems. I’m done. So done with curry. 30 yr relationship down the drain. More

I thought about what I was going to say in this review for a couple days. Well you knocked it right out of the park! Just want to qualify I have no love for manufacturer dealerships. I'm 60 years old and for a couple days. Well you knocked it right out of the park! Just want to qualify I have no love for manufacturer dealerships. I'm 60 years old and I've experienced some things. But I will really consider having your Honda Dealership address a couple of the high value maintenance issues I have. I came in for a stupidly expensive full function remote key. I left with peace of mind and an extremely enjoyable experience. I'm a person who knows pretty much everything that needs to be done or has been done to this vehicle. Having just done breaks and a full service. I was surprised that there were no gotcha in my list of issues that Curry Honda suggested I address all of them were spot on. I was impressed. I thought for sure you would say I needed breaks after just replacing all my brake parts including rotors and calipers less than 5000 miles ago. If I had my document in front of me I would give you the file number but it was an amazing estimate. And Ryan was personable professional honest he just did a great job. It was quite the experience. It was kind of funny sitting in the waiting room getting a text saying my car was done as I looked through the window at my service advisor Ryan. I thought that was quite efficient. You came in under cost and under time. How do you do that with a key? LOL so I need a new timing belt and a few other expensive repairs and because I can trust Curry Honda I'm going to continue my relationship. I never thought I would come back for anything other than a necessity. Just makes me happy I own a Honda. More
