I am very displeased with my service today at Crossroads Southern Pines. I brought my car in showing that I had a problem with my 4wd fault service and several other items. I was told that they could not see me before the middle of January, recommended that I not drive my car, and that they did not have any loaners for me to use. They have 33 loaners that were already out and a waiting list of 21. I ask what I needed to do and they said that they were sorry but I could get an appointment for the middle of January!!! I did have another employee that offered the service manager a vehicle that had not been picked up but she stated that it was already taken. I am sorry that I don't remember the service managers name. I have purchased three vehicles from Crossroads and they acted that I didn't matter. I will never purchase another vehicle from Crossroads Southern Pines!! Customer loyalty should mean something!!! More
