My apologies to Vanessa. She was the soul of courtesy, but Criswell's practices do not reflect their comments that the customer comes first. A 3% fee for using credit is definitely NOT customer friendly.

Yes, definitely "address this matter with your team" as that is the least that can be done. Customers should not be sent home with a vehicle that is not safe for the road. I shouldn't have to type this for grown professionals, but people's lives are important and "forgetting" to hook up the fuel line can/will cause accidents. In addition, leadership starts at the top, so when a "Service Director" such as Ron Karolick states that the vehicle will be detailed and full of gas as a way to make things right, then this is what needs to happen. You cant lie to customers and tell them one thing and yet give them something else. When the technicians see that leadership isnt honest and doesnt hold them accountable for their mistakes, they have no reason to do a throughout job on the vehicles with which they work on.
