Sadly I write this review. I really was anticipating a good review as dealing with Junior was the best experience there at Courtesy Nissan of Tampa. On the day that we picke I really was anticipating a good review as dealing with Junior was the best experience there at Courtesy Nissan of Tampa. On the day that we picked up the vehicle, we were treated very rude by Josh who was once nice in the beginning of the process. After pointing out that he did not have the vehicle on a full tank of gas and cleaned like he said a few days ago when we placed deposit, he became very defensive and combative then walked off to get Junior to finish helping us. We pointed out several cat scratches on the trunk, tons of car hair and dirt inside the vehicle and the dent that you can see on the back to name a few. I'm wondering if there was an unreported accident or Nissan had it was removed from the report. Underneath the window sticker is deep cat scratches as well. I thought these things would have warranted a decrease in price since the retail value was about $4000 less than they priced it. I'm sadden and disappointed in the way they attempted to sell this vehicle and the treatment we received upon purchase. Junior came to the rescue had it recleaned, it was a little better. Dealers don't know what people go through to get to the point of purchasing and should exercise compassion to their customers. As I was glad the search was over for my family member, I said that I would consider buying from this place again. After a couple days has passed, I think I will have to shop elsewhere for my next Nissan in which I will be in the market for soon. :-( More
