Aside from the very friendly people at check-in, the service dept is awful. Made an appointment online for 8k service, which includes several items and costs over $100. Found out, after waiting 3 hours, service dept is awful. Made an appointment online for 8k service, which includes several items and costs over $100. Found out, after waiting 3 hours, all they did was an oil change and a quick car wash. The oil change was free since it was my 1st service visit. 3 hours! And the windshield was still covered in bugs! I won't return to this dealer for service again! More

I was very disappointed with the service time. I was told it would take 2-2.5 hours for the work to be completed. I did NOT get my vehicle back until 4:30PM. Total time elapse 7.75 hours!!!!
