I had a decent overall experience at this dealership, especially compared to a very poor one I had at a previous one, but there were a number of hiccups before and after the sale. Our sales person was very friendly and attentive, but the car we wanted to test drive had a dead battery and had to be jumped before we could drive it. While the initial signing process was pretty straightforward and our sales person got us some good perks, we waited over an hour to meet with the financial department to address payment, and they seemed somewhat disorganized with the process. While I was able to take the car home and it's been working just fine, I realized driving off the lot that the gas tank was less than half full and one of the remote keys I was given did not work. Lastly, the sales person promised to call me about a week after purchase but they only called my male partner who was there with me during the sales process, who told them to call me but they never did. More
