I had my 2018 Sante Fe service on 1 April for your spring special last week. unfortunately, this visited is under my expectation as I am going to a dealership service instead of private repair shop. I had to drive back to get the detail kit that is suppose included on this deal and all my four tires was not properly inflated after installation. I used my tire gauge to check the tire pressure when I get home. It show at least 7 psi under the recommended level on all four tires (safety issue) which indicated someone is doing a sloppy job. We bought a Santa Fe XL for my wife and Daniel was a great help throughout the purchase. He made the entire process very easy and was very willing to answer all our questions. He even contacted us after we picked the vehicle up to make sure everything was ok. We do have some issues with the remote start system that they installed, it randomly starts and opens the tailgate by itself. However, Clinton Carpenter in the service department has been excellent to deal with and has been working very hard to get these strange issues figured out. This is our first time purchasing from Hyundai and I would definitely recommend dealing with Daniel in sales and Clinton in service, they are very good at what they do and they represent the dealership very well. Came in from out of town to look at and buy a Hyundai model we saw on Autotrader and on their website. Talked with a salesperson twice before driving 3 hours. I was even able to prove their mistake and was laughed at ! This lied cost me thousands of dollars!!! You would think a professional and reputable company would own up to their mistakes and not have a costumer pay for THEIR MISTAKE . Nope instead hide it ! Jessica yelled and swear at me that she is sorry this happened but can’t help . This all because the employee that did my paperwork no LONGER WORKS THERE? Then get passed to Joseph who promises to get to the bottom of what happened. A week later comes back to me with a new excuse that it’s not that the employee doesn’t worked there but it’s cause the paperwork was DENIED! A year and a half later you saying the paperwork was DENIED!? This was not true so I personally contact the bank who confirms this loan was not DENIED, if it had been the dealership would have known right away ! Instead of admitted that this paperwork was not filed due to an employee problem, it cost me money! Completely unfair ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM , whoever you do paperwork with may or may not work there and it will cost you ! Spoke with the General manager yesterday who laughed and could not provide proof of this so called denial, but this is the only way to avoid this paperwork mess up with out taking any responsibility! I Hope they are happy with doing this to a single mother on a limited budget! And I hope they all enjoy their day More

I’d give them a ZERO if I could!!( I’m writing again cus they deleted my last review. ) don’t be fooled by what others are saying, they’ve manipulated so many of them it’s stupid. And let me tell you my story as to why I think that: I went to look at a car they offered me one with HAIL damage. So I thought it was a good idea to get it, due to reduced prices. The salesman and many others whom work at CHHyundai told me that I would have no problem getting full insurance for this vehicle (multiple times). So I thought since so many of them were saying the same thing that it was safe and that they had good intentions...So I signed the papers. (All of them) and on my way to pick up my plate I called insurance (I didn’t know, at the time that I could call before signing, SO ALWAYS CALL INSURANCE BEFOREHAND) My Insurance told me that they wanted photos of the car to make sure there was no hail damage. (They’re local and this was after the massive hail storm) I thought this was odd because the dealership told me multiple times that insurance wouldn’t even know about it because it wasn’t documented. So I then, had to tell them it had damage and they responded with “we CANT get full coverage due to this, and having the dealership tell you could this is outrageous, as they wouldn’t actually know anything or they can’t really speak for us. Next time, call before.” Once the call ended with insurance, I immediately called the dealership to cancel the car and have been asking since June. I than recently called Hyundai finance multiple times (finance company I choose) to cancel AGAIN. I told them I got LEGAL ADVICE that it’s in my rights as the deal was MISREPRESENTED. ( ALSO, the car is still on their lot.) So the next day I’m out doing shopping and the car I “purchased” (never paid anything) is in my backyard when I came home. And I never authorized them to drop the car off. Nor was I aware that this was going to happen or become an issue. I don’t have insurance or have it registered. The car was dropped off back to the dealership . Now months later, Hyundai Finance is still harassing me about payments... Country hills: cancel the car within the next 10 days I AM DONE PLAYING YOUR DANCE! You have my disapproval on emails stating: “I don’t want it.” SO ACT ON IT ! I will keep writing awful reviews until this is officially dealt with. More
