I was in the market for a Dodge Ram 2500 and was looking to order one from the factory built to my specifications. I had called several dealerships to get quotes and delivery time estimates. I started getting tired of the negotiation process that I kept running into. I did not feel like a customer, I felt like a sale. Then I called Cottage Grove Dodge and got connected with Jeremy. He was nice and easy to talk to, but more importantly he made me feel like he wanted my business and was interested in what I wanted more then making the sale. He got right to the point and asked what I was looking for and where I wanted to be. No wasted time or hidden agenda. I knew right then I would be buying from Cottage Grove Dodge. He reviewed my request and made a counter that was acceptable and we were done. But Jeremy was not.
