I had a miserable experience at this dealership. I waited 6 hours for finance, only to be rushed out the door. There are good Toyota dealers in Colorado. This is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want a Toyota. More
Corwin came to Boulder with a decent reputation. After a year, now they are constantly trying to upcharge everything! I can see where this is going. That’s fine but at least ask the customers what they want. The customer service was not impressive. Up-Charge Central!!! More

My sales Guy "Oryn Orozco" was great Young sales person "10+"however the dealership he works for "Corwin Toyota"Deserves a "0". The vehicle i purchased was not 100% inspected before the sale. The only service they performed before sale was change the engine oil a quick vacuum and oil change. When driving the vehicle after purchasing it I noticed a gurgling noice coming from under the dashboard on the passenger side. Indicating there's lot's of air circulation in the cooling system and yes i had to top off the radiator at a local Walmart a ways from the dealership. An entire gallon. The interior was never detailed as specified by the dealership. The previous owner carried pets inside the cabin and i had to pay someone 300$ to remove most of pet fur and smell from interior. The tires were replaced but no caps were replaced on the wheel stems. All of the interior had dried up bleach residue. To top it all off i felt like i was being held hostage for about 3 hours to see a financial advisor. I finally had to say it for the 7th or 8th time. I'm paying cash, i am not financing. Nice facility I give them that . Please bring a mechanic or inspect the vehicle you are buying from these individuals. More
Corwin Toyota Boulder sold me a car (2014 Subaru Crosstrek) without disclosing that it had ongoing issues and was unsafe to drive (they plead they didn't know which just highlights their incompetenc Crosstrek) without disclosing that it had ongoing issues and was unsafe to drive (they plead they didn't know which just highlights their incompetence). The engine and electrical system cuts out and no one was able to find out what triggers it. Despite being told the engine was in great condition and their claims that they checked the coolant prepurchase, engine oil was found the coolant which Corwin admitted they "must have missed." After confronting them they agreed to pay for diagnostics for the electrical system/engine issues. They then ignored my calls and emails for weeks. Eventually they admitted that "someone" had poured engine oil in the coolant, but couldn't make an educated guess as to who might have done it even though they were the ones that had changed the oil the day before I purchased the car. They also swore up and down the engine issue was fixed despite being unable to diagnose the issue. Because I have zero trust in them, I asked what they would do if the engine/electrical system issues continue. They agreed to trade in the car. It failed before making it off the parking lot. However, they are now reselling the car and have even significantly increased the price and I highly doubt they have diagnosed the issue as they were previously unable to even identify there was an issue and a dedicated Subaru service center was unable to diagnose the root of the problem. Corwin Toyota Boulder's Sales and Service departments are incompetent and dishonest. They do not care about your safety and sell terrible cars. Absolutely do not buy the 2014 Orange Subaru Crosstrek that's for sale as of 5/24/24. Sales manager Mark Khatib told me he was going "above and beyond." Legally, they can sell horrible cars and not do a xxxx thing about it, so in a way he is right. But ethically and morally, this place is corrupt. Take your business elsewhere. More

Apparently, you did not read my last review. I had my tires swapped 2 weeks ago. Technician messaged me about having my battery replaced. I denied it as I was in 2 weeks prior for an oil change I had my tires swapped 2 weeks ago. Technician messaged me about having my battery replaced. I denied it as I was in 2 weeks prior for an oil change and nothing was said. When I picked it up I was shown the test that showed "replace". I asked to see the old test from 2 weeks prior and it said "OK". Then I noticed that the tech had entered in two different numbers for CCA. IT was either outright fraud or very poor workmanship. I also checked tire pressure when I git home. Right rear tire was 4 psi high that others, sloppy workmanship. I had the rear wiper blade replaced. When I got home the old one was left on the bumper. It all felt like very sloppy work When I dropped car off I was directed to a service associate inside. Nobody was at the desk. Nobody ever showed up either. Eventually another gentleman helped me. But , it left me feeling like i was dumped at an empty desk to just get rid of me. It was not the best experience. Worst experience ever selling my car! I bought my Rav 4 from Larry Miller Toyota in 2010 and had all my servicing done there. Great experience with the Service Dept. for 14 years, (shout I bought my Rav 4 from Larry Miller Toyota in 2010 and had all my servicing done there. Great experience with the Service Dept. for 14 years, (shout out to Rork) but when it was time to sell my car, Sales proved to be a trainwreck. I was handed to a sales rep who had never bought a car before and had no idea how the process worked. Zero supervision by anyone and mistake after mistake after mistake was made, all at my expense. It took 2 days to reach a supervisor (no one returns phone calls) and Zak's only reponse was a bored "I'm sorry" and "This was great training for Chi!" Definitely NOT great for me! If I ever buy another Toyota, I'll pick a dealership that actually cares about customer service. Very disappointing end to a long, satisfying relationship. More
