First Time Buyers and Toyota Shoppers Beware. .. As much as I loved the 2024 Toyota Prius AWD that I bought from Corwin in December 2023, I have been taken advantage of... and had I not got into a .. As much as I loved the 2024 Toyota Prius AWD that I bought from Corwin in December 2023, I have been taken advantage of... and had I not got into an accident and totaled my vehicle, I would've never caught it. Jason Bobbit, the finance manager at Corwin uses an iPad to have you sign off on payment terms, accepting or declining additional products, and even after declining all the products on the iPad, snuck a nonsensical product called Crystal Fusion and charged me $895 for it. Shoppers, please note: the payments they showed me didn't change. They already snuck it into the overall payment. Had he taken it out, my payment would've been lower and my overall amount financed would've been less - but I could've never known that since it's very obvious this wasn't a mistake. Note: they're not the only dealership that does this... other dealerships do it too... however, they're the only ones that actually had me sign off on declining the products on an iPad, then sneak it back on with the final paper contract - the last form. And yes, they act very friendly throughout the process to build trust, only to lie to you in the end with a smile on their face. I have visited the dealership and asked for a refund. I was told last Friday that the General Manager would call me on Monday to hopefully resolve this. However, he has since dodged all my calls and attempts to reach the dealership. And out of nowhere, I receive a packet from Crystal Fusion ---- FOUR MONTHS after supposedly buying it... I guess they didn't want to send it back then since it would've made it OBVIOUS that they snuck it in. Look, I know I probably won't get my money back... but the least I can do it warn other people of their deceptive practices so they aren't taken advantage of. More

I called the day before to ask for a loaner car because my wife needed to leave immediately for appointments. This was granted by the manager. My wife then checked in the following morning and was told there was no loaner. I called the manager right away and he was not helpful. I had to insist vut by now 20 minutes later my wife was not goin to make her appointment. The manager then offered his own car but by now 30 minutes had passed. I said sure we'll take it...by the time that all happened the car was done. But it was 1 hour and change after arriving. My wife missed 2 appointments...They ard not well organized. More

The last 2 times I’ve come there, I’ve had appointments, I’ve showed up on time but the service advisor that I was assigned to that day was not at their desk. So I’ve had to wait for someone to help me. Som I’ve showed up on time but the service advisor that I was assigned to that day was not at their desk. So I’ve had to wait for someone to help me. Someone else comes and ask if I’ve been helped and then they try to find the service advisor. Can’t find them so then a different person starts the check in process. This has happened both times I’ve been there. The first time was to get key fob programmed. That took 2 hours. Last appointment was for oil change and tire rotation. That took 1.75 hours. They are way too slow. I’m thinking about trying a different Toyota dealer next time to see if they’re managed better than the Boulder location. More
I really step back at car dealerships and hold on to my wallet. I have to say I felt no pressure from the sales department. They fixed me up with exactly what I wanted. They were firm on their price, no surprise since their cars are flying off the shelf currently. They did a follow up phone call after the sale to see how I was adapting to the new car. Cannot comment on the service department yet. I have no complaints with Corwin. More
Luke helped us and was one of the nicest/most genuine reps we’ve ever experienced. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking.
