This is a DEN OF THIEFS! They illegally sold me a car which had no smog certificate. Because of this I can not get the title. The DMV won´t advance the paperwork on the sale of the vehicle without the sm which had no smog certificate. Because of this I can not get the title. I told them I am going to return the car they sold me and that i want my money back because they can not give me the title. When I spoke with them they called me a chicken-xxxx and told me to xxxx-off, I kid you not! I have started an investigation against them with DMV´s Special Investigation Unit. I have also started a complaint against their Bonding company Great American Insurance to attach their dealers bond. Do not for any reason trust these people. Friendly? yes...had to replace the battery right after I bought the car. but once they got the money, they never did fix my brake light, glove compartment, and the shock for the hood..and took a long time t bought the car. but once they got the money, they never did fix my brake light, glove compartment, and the shock for the hood..and took a long time to get my tags.. poor service..the brake light...I went there after I bought the car, I replaced the bulb..nothing..and to this day it still doesnt work,, I'll have a friend take care of it..glove compartment still is not operable..the hood? will not stay up when opened... after they said they would fix it...the battery? cost me $124 to replace it.. they said it was fine..they said it was covered under warranty on the battery...sears said it wasnt transferable..I highly recommend not doing business with them...
