Treated terribly by sales manger accusing me of being aggressive, and refused to negotiate. Treated me like thug instead of giving respect to a potential customer. Because I wanted to negotiate and he refused he resigned himself and his dealership that they were not going to lease me a car because I was a smart consumer. I went to another Honda dealer and negotiated a better deal. Go somewhere else to lease/buy a car. More

Don't shop at this dealership. I had agreed on a deal, shook hands, changed my insurance, went through the financing and they came back and tried to lower our agreed upon trade in I had agreed on a deal, shook hands, changed my insurance, went through the financing and they came back and tried to lower our agreed upon trade in by 33% from $12k to $8k. Charles Ross tried to pull a sleezy work around and as I walked out he offered me $11k. These guys are con artists, specifically Charles Ross. Avoid them at all cost. More
