Community damaged my car while it was having recall work done. I notified the service manager and denied it was their fault and refused to pay or repair the damage stating that it was my fault. I requested to view their security camera footage but it was not provided to me. There was no damage prior to dropping it off and I have pictures to prove it. I will never go to this place again. I only wanted them to then to fix the damage they caused. More
My wife and I were looking to compare a couple of SUVs. We went in to Community KIA to look at the Kia Telluride. We spoke to Ed M. about which cars we were comparing. He sat with us and discussed all of the Telluride pros and cons. He helped us put together a solid comparison between several SUVs. He was very helpful in making sure we understood the in and outs. We did speak to him about the time frame expectancy for a vehicle. He took time to answer our questions and was very kind while doing so. My wife and I took all of our information and used it to make our choice. Thanks Ed for all of your help. More

Imagine taking the time to figure out what type of car you want, which make and model and then driving 30 minutes + to a location because of it's glowing reviews, just to have the experience I was subject you want, which make and model and then driving 30 minutes + to a location because of it's glowing reviews, just to have the experience I was subjected to. The man who came to assist me took over an hour of my time, just to waste it. I couldn't even tell you his name since he made a point to be as informal as possible, never once calling by my name or even bothering to use an honorific. I was no body to this salesperson and it showed. He almost seemed to go out of his way to make this such a dead and impersonal experience. I would have been ready to sign and complete the sale, until he brought out the final amount and it was suddenly padded with an extra $3K of extras and features I did not request and in some cases did not want. And it wasn't as if this was not made clear from the beginning that such an amount would kill a sale, but instead of giving me a head's up, he waited until we were finishing up to surprise me with this. And he seemed to have the nerve to act as if we were wasting HIS time, as if we had not been clear from moment one. So either we was ignoring or not listening to me, or he didn't care. The worst part was at the end. After he effectively killed the sale, he started speaking to my friend, who was accompanying me for this, as if he was the dominant partner or something, trying to talk him into selling me on the extra charges. He couldn't even be bothered to say goodbye to me, deferring to my friend, and ignoring me completely. This salesperson was not just impersonal and rude, I feel as if he has no soul. And if this is 'one of our better salespersons' as the lady at the front desk said... I cannot imagine how bad the BAD ones are. More

I have had multiple wonderful buying experiences with Community Kia Bloomington over the years. The most recent experience with Greg Terrell, Zach Bird, and Brent (the tall finance guy) is by far my most Community Kia Bloomington over the years. The most recent experience with Greg Terrell, Zach Bird, and Brent (the tall finance guy) is by far my most favorite. I love my 2020 Passion Red Kia Sorento. I plan on keeping this car for a long time, but my son will be driving in 3 years and I look forward to working with you all again. More

Our sales person/communication leader Zach and I totally had opposite personalities where it would seem that a sale wouldn’t possibly been made, but when we both communicated with each other and understand each other we both personally came out on top. I believe that he made our family happy despite our differences. He overcame our differences in personalities selflessly when others would have thrown in the towel and because of that he worked extra hard to make me happy. He saw me for me and understood what my families needs were. We are all human and he took the cards that he was dealt with and made it into a positive experience for him and our family. Not only did he work through our differences he helped our family make a very important decision understandably possible, within reason and superseded our family’s expectations. He humbled himself to make sure that we were genuinely happy. That in itself speaks volume of how great of person he is and how dedicated and loyal to the company he advocates for. It showed me and our family that he cared, which also speaks great volumes about the choices Kia makes when hiring their team members. Just like family despite differences he had our backs no matter what. More
