I have purchased a vehicle that was previously worked on for recall at your service department. The recall was for headlights. The headlights have now stopped working again. Your service department manager was no help was not willing to keep me as a customer or even try at that point as of today I will no longer be doing business with Coles. I have also contacted GM. I told them I needed NC weighted plates that would cost more than a car plate, I was told the ~$76 plate fee would supply whatever plate I need and it would be included. I explained that weighted plates cost a lot more than car tags and was reassured that the weighted tags were included before I signed. Of course, I get a call from the dealership wanting me to pay the difference. After talking to the General Manager, I was told there was nothing he could do and he would talk to his people about making promises like this. It's a bad manager that openly stiffs a customer AND blames his employees. I could have gone to a used car lot and been treated like this! More
