I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and to review my recalls. Car was to be ready at 11:30. Checked at 11:20 and had not taken my car in for service not received any communication they were delayed my recalls. Car was to be ready at 11:30. Checked at 11:20 and had not taken my car in for service not received any communication they were delayed or short staffed. I left. Disappointing. More

This was a really great experience,, Daniel martin the service advisor for me, did an excellent job of orchestrating the whole experience for me. I'm definitely going back. The only issue I had was, the service advisor for me, did an excellent job of orchestrating the whole experience for me. I'm definitely going back. The only issue I had was, the tech who worked on my truck, he sent me a video of things that needed repairs, that was great, except he wanted to change my cabin air filter and I declined because this is something I could do myself. The tech put my old cabin air filter back in with leaves coving it . More
