This is the second time now within 4 years that I have purchased a Certified Used Honda from this dealership. This dealership I find the sales associate staff one of the best which is the biggest reason purchased a Certified Used Honda from this dealership. This dealership I find the sales associate staff one of the best which is the biggest reason why I purchased a second Honda vehicle. Sunil Pillai the sales associate has come through both times. I would consider myself a very tough customer with high demands and both times now the demands have been met. Sunil makes purchasing a vehicle easy and in general all of the staff are great to deal with. From sales to service. This dealership is not the closest dealership to me but it is worth the drive. I have been testing other dealerships that are closest to our house and none can come close the sales and service. If nothing changes I will come back again for a third, forth, fifth, etc vehicle. Terrible dealership. We bought a used Hyundai preferred had problems right from the get go. Started with engine light. They tested it and said nothing wrong with car. Hyundai Cambridge flushed transmission and told us it needed a new transmission new battery and there were other things they found broken. We also had a friend test our car and we gave that number to the Honda dealership and they tested it supposedly at a Hyundai dealer there and said there was nothing wrong with it. Funny as the Hyundai dealership in Cambridge got the same code.I don’t think the Honda dealership took it for testing or they would have found the same error code. Thankyou Cambridge Hyundai for helping us out with our bills. Stay away from the Classic used Honda lot. Managers are crooks. Cost us $$$$$$ in the $1700.00 range and many other problems. All fixed up now thanks to Cambridge Hyundai. By the way we paid $31000.00 for the vehicle. Stay away !!! More

Worst experience ever . I booked my Honda civic back in September 2022 Got told that it’s gonna be there in February 2023 . again told multiple times the wait time is exten I booked my Honda civic back in September 2022 Got told that it’s gonna be there in February 2023 . again told multiple times the wait time is extended because of chip shortage and supply chain issues and the car will arrive in June , when I called last week I was told that Honda is not manufacturing car anymore and was told to get the deposit back . I went to th e dealership told that I don’t want the deposit back I am willing to wait . sales rep and manager on-site pushed me to cancel my deposit . After I denied to cancel they told me that they are going to cancel the order without my consent and they are going to reverse the money back to my card . There is no transparency . I regret my decision visiting classic Honda and I hope this review helps others . More
