Fast and wonderful I emailed Joe Orta as he was referred to us and he and Fran were great! Joe emailed me pictures and worked all the figures over email! I never had to come to his store like everyone else told me I had to! When I got there Fran was waiting to show me the equinox and it was everything they said it was!
