I called throughout the week to confirm with 3 different sales people. 3 different times to confirm the prices and rebates being advertised online. The online ad says "guaranteed price" All salespeople say yes, this is the price, it's guaranteed you'll get this price. So I'm excited, I'm ready to show up and buy the car! So on my only day off on a weekend I roll in ready to sign paperwork after a short test drive. I show up with a $50 test drive promotion which was guaranteed on their website for test driving any vehicle. Test drive goes well and they bring out the papers. The manager I spoke with over the phone confirmed the price with me before I showed up, I assume I'm getting the price plus tax titles and fees. Big surprise: Nope! Price was 27k when the advertised price was 19k. You didn't think I'd notice?! Why even try?! They take it back, 30 minutes (not exaggerating) later come with the advertised price plus a "dealer package" that's 2k more! So 19k advertised turns into 21k plus all fees/taxes. The extra 2k is a dealership package or low jack and other crap that is useless and marked up thru the roof. They refuse to budge on the price and get extremely offended when I call them out on it. It's laughable, they know what they are doing and they act offended when I say they are falsely advertising. Issa, a older guy running the numbers gets extremely offended and throws my $50 test drive paper back at me. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from anyone in any industry or situation. I ask for his name and he declines to say and "you don't need to know." Why is he trying to hide his identity? Anyways, thanks to his name badge you guys know who to avoid, but if you want to save yourself the trouble/time/headache, avoid this entire dealership all together. Champion... They try every trick in the book. They make you wait 20-30 minutes between adjusting prices. They play names. They hike prices, they falsely advertise. I've never had this type of experience after confirming what a price is going to be over the phone. Let alone with 3 sales people and a manager. At first I was wondering why the such a good deal was sitting the lot for so long. It all makes sense now. BTW if you're reading this to try and get a 2018 Fiat 124 Spider at a great price because you saw it on their website, just know that the online price is NOT the price you're gonna get. Don't believe what they advertise, don't believe what they tell you over the phone. They seemed extremely disappointed when I told them I won't be financing, dealers love it when you finance so they can play games with the monthly payment and get your mind off the sale price (or in this case-by adding useless "dealership packages". More

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Champion FIAT in Downey, CA. Wendy was very sweet & had a thorough understanding for every aspect of the vehicle we ultimately ended up purchasing. Martin was very honest, he was assertive but not pushy. We originally looked at purchasing a FIAT from Orange Coast FIAT in Costa Mesa; however, they were extremely rude and arrogant. We couldn't be happier that we decided to give FIAT another chance; otherwise, we wouldn't have met such great people like Martin & Wendy. More

With that weighing heavy in our decision making we stopped by Champion Fiat (Downey, CA) and the "new" approach with which the staff there maintained was nice. The sales associate Sandra was very helpful, patient and knew alot about the various models. The ins and outs of each car was great. Helpful, polite and very friendly. She made our experience there enjoyable. The staff on hand too maintained and managed themselves in the same manner. I would highly reccomend this dealership to any intrested buyers. More
