Que took the time to ensure I was very happy with my perspective sale, he was a consultant not a salesman, he was able to get me financed, and your finance staff was unbelievable. I cannot say enough about them. Everything was easy.. smooth.. no haggling.. priced great.. I have never had an experience this positive. Everyone was so nice. If I were to sum it up, I felt like I bought a car from family and you have earned my business for life! There is no way you can improve on my experience. It was perfection. Where do you find these amazing people. The finance manager took me back and was so thorough and personable. The finance director stopped over to personally say hello and explain how we all go through things. It was amazing!! Thank you for making this my best car buying experience ever! And I have purchased a lot of new and used cars in my life. Upwards of 40. Restoring classic muscle cars is my hobby. I’ve met a lot of people but your staff by far is the best east to west coast!! I was in the market for a BMW M50i with a very specific set of features that was still under warranty. Certified Benz & Beemer had come up in my searches a couple of times; however, I had decided to only set of features that was still under warranty. Certified Benz & Beemer had come up in my searches a couple of times; however, I had decided to only purchase from a dealer and not an independent. After doing research on CB&B for a couple weeks I decided to reach out to them and see how they worked with me. The sales person Glen Davis, was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and gave me all the information I needed about the vehicle. I put a returnable deposit down on the vehicle and continued to do my own research. After doing my own research about the vehicle, and being thousand miles away, I decided to request a third party independent inspection, many dealerships are not interested in a third party inspection, Glen and Certified Benz & Bemmer welcome the inspection and worked with me to coordinate the date/time if the inspection. After that was complete and everything checked out, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Glen coordinated with the accounting department to get all the paperwork completed. They gave me the specific amount including the shipping that Glen and I had discussed. All Glen’s previous information and numbers matched the paperwork. The paperwork took less than an hour to process. Glen coordinated the shipping and kept me informed of every step. This was the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased. This was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle without personally seeing it first. The dealership never lied to me, I believe Glen was open and honest about the vehicle and the transaction. I always would recommend doing your own research and validate the facts yourself. In my experience Glen Davis and Certified Benz & Bemmer gave me everything I needed quickly and effectively. Overall, I would highly recommend both Glen and CB&B. More
