Matt, Your response asking me to respond is exactly what you did when I wrote a negative Yelp review about the unbelievably horrific experience I endured while purchasing my car and its a meaningless gesture. Let me tell you why. My mistreatment by your RUDE sales person George R, was a humiliating and stressful 5 day nightmare of being at the recieving end of his insanely erratic and deplorable behavior, and when I listed all of the abhorrent things I was forced to endure during my experience with him, the ONLY thing you acknowledged out of all of my complaints was the issue of price transparency. I belive you did that only because price transparency is something you have to provide by law and when George was playing his psycho games and refusing to tell me what charges were what, that propmted you to ignore every other complaint I had and respond only about the price transparency. You didnt acknowledge any of the abuse I endured. All you replied with was the same automated reply of asking the reviewer to contact you so that you can discuss what happened. Then, when I did try to contact you, you never picked up the phone or returned my calls and I tried several times. So, your response asking me or anyone to contact you regarding a review that has been written is a MEANINGLESS GESTURE. Its a response designed to make the reader belive that if they go into business with Casa and a problem develops that there is someone who will immediately address the issue and be of service to the customer, which is just not true. I have a problem every single time I go and now, seeing proof that you guys want to charge me double of what other service providers charge AND recommend expensive service that isnt even necessary? There isnt anything you can say to rectify this. Although Rino was very nice despite the miscommunication, the rest of the employees there at Casa, wether it be sales or service, treat customers like garbage if they question anything about prices or even simply trying to verify what the mechanics have recommended or even done, and there is review after review after review to confirm this. There are so many complaints about George R and his deplorable behavior towards potential customers yet still, you keep him around, why? By keeping him, you are allowing him to continue his abhorrent behavior. By keeping any employee with multiple complaints against them you're allowing their abuse towards the very customers that make your business a success and that makes YOU culpable. Contact you about my review? WHY? There's no point because its a meaningless gesture and we both know that there isnt anything youre willing to do about it.
