AWFUL experience with this company. Do not buy your car from here. To start they mislead me (lied) about my cars warranty and what it entailed. Also told me they’d have the tank full, Do not buy your car from here. To start they mislead me (lied) about my cars warranty and what it entailed. Also told me they’d have the tank full, it was only 1 quarter filled. Then I realize 2 weeks after buying, the back window doesn’t go down. You would think they would fix it on their end because it’s within 30 days…but nope! Then I go to get the window looked at there and they charge me almost $200 for their “diagnosis” which I was told would be accepted at the Toyota dealership for service. Flash forward we bring it to Toyota they tell us 1) they don’t accept other people’s diagnosis’ and I had to pay a second diagnostic fee. 2) their diagnosis was also incorrect. You would think they would refund me! Nope again. Went to try to talk to someone, got shuffled around because there’s no one there that can actually resolve issues. The worst management I’ve ever seen. They tell us we can’t get a refund, but I can come get my oil changed or inspection done for free. Like I would trust them to do anything with my car at this point. I fr don’t know how this place is in business. Edit: they saw this review and worked hard to fix my issues and gave me a refund which I appreciate. More

Waited over a month to get the part for my car, then waited 2 days shy of a month to get my car back after supposedly having it repaired only to get it back an still have the same issue. Not to mention waited 2 days shy of a month to get my car back after supposedly having it repaired only to get it back an still have the same issue. Not to mention having me sit in the waiting from for 5 hours 2 separate times only to have to come back a different day. The staff is friendly I’ll give them that but as far as would i recommend them? Absolutely not More

I took my car to be serviced and received a loaner that had bed bugs in it I’m extremely pissed bc now not only did I have to tell my supervisor so they can exterminate to kill the three bed bugs that were had bed bugs in it I’m extremely pissed bc now not only did I have to tell my supervisor so they can exterminate to kill the three bed bugs that were on me that I plucked off. But I also have to go check my house and make my kids schools aware of the situation as well. This is completely out of control. I should’ve known it was something wrong with the car when the person before me denied it. Now I have to call an exterminator this is so embarrassing and I’m xxxxing pissed the car is a mess it’s beat up has bed bugs in it the brakes are bad everything is wrong. It’s no way they have me that car like that. I’m so disappointed bc I had my children in that car two of them were so small I’m certain they are in my house now. On my couch in my children’s beds this is crazy. I cannot believe this is happening to me all bc I brought a car off them that has sooo many issues. Whole time they bc to know the car had issues used car or not good people do good business. That entails making sure you address every issue before you sell the car I wouldn’t be in this situation had that not sold me a terrible car to begin with. Please everyone check the cars before you leave the lot especially the loaners. These people have a lot of xxxx with them and it isn’t right! More

Car vision operates differently than most dealerships. I needed service and once I was dealing with the service department everything ran smoothly. Went there to have a key made besides a nightmare of information they want for a single key they said they would order the blank and make Price was well over $100 but they said they were going to give m information they want for a single key they said they would order the blank and make Price was well over $100 but they said they were going to give me a discount and just charge me $100 so I called another dealership that’s been established and their price was only $19 More
