My visit with Capital GM was Excellent, Chad Straza was an amazing salesman. All my questions were answered quickly and with detail. My Lincoln MKX was ready and warmed up for the test drive. Chad made me very comfortable with the sale of my vehicle I knew all my concerns and questions were answered and the couple little details that required fixing were done promptly. I would reccomend Chad to anyone looking for a vehicle as he is an honest saleman with a great happy attitude. Matt Fischer took care of my financing and got me an amazing deal. The experience had with the Capital GMC team was amazing. I had gone into Capital hoping to trade in my car for something a little bigger and more economical for me and my family. We had first wanted to go with an Equinox but then after talking with Mario we discussed a brand new GMC Terrain which would have cost us the same amount as the equinox. There was only a few glitches when it came to the paper work but Ms. Jazz Lane was amazing and did everything she possibly could to get everything done as quickly and smoothly as possible. Every bump that we had encountered was because of the banks and nothing to do with Capital what so ever. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Capital and I always come away completely satisfied. Mario and Jazz ensured that I was happy with everything and let me know what is happening every step of the way. An amazing experience and I will definitely be back when I decide to get a new vehicle. :) More

The first day I visited Pontiac I was very pleased with the service. The salesman wrote down everything I wanted in a vehicle (my wants and needs) and talked about the options I had within my price range. the service. I never had to wait for a vehicle, it was there to be test driven within minutes. I was impressed with the customer service and the salesmen not being "pushy". I finally decided to buy a vehicle, we went over price and the reviews of the vehicle I was buying. I ended up buying a 2013 instead of a newer 2014 (which I orginally went in for), they mentionned it was never owned by anyone else which seemed hard to believe since it had 17,000kms on it however they insisted it was from test drives. Once I took it home I noticed a hole in the back seat which was patched and there was also quite a few scratches on the vehicle. This is partially my fault for not taking a better look at the inside and outside of vehicle however when I was told it was not owned by anyone else I believed it. I was also disappointed when I sat down with financing. The day I looked at the vehicle I was told how good the warranty (best offered by any company) however not a lot of details. Once sitting down with financing they mentionned there was 3 years warranty on the vehicle however a year was already used so only two years left and if I wanted more warranty my bi-weekly payment would go up. I believe this should have been mentionned the day before while I was looking at the vehicle instead of when I was sitting down to buy the vehicle. With added warranty the price went up to the amount a brand new vehicle would have been with even longer warranty. I did not get the added warranty since the main reason I bought the vehicle was for the lower payment than the brand new vehicle. Overall I enjoyed the service from Pontiac while I was looking for a vehicle however once I bought I was fairly disappointed with certain details that were "left out" until I was sitting down with finance. I found with the people I was dealing with were very easy to talk to and was not pressured in anyway as to my choice of truck I was looking for.
