Brett was friendly, very easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns regarding the truck we purchased.
The test drive was pleasant and he address concerns of low fuel in the tank. We felt no pressure and he gave us the time and space to privately discuss the truck prior to the purchase.
Brett responded to our negotiations seriously and respectfully. My grandsons and I thank him for the cars I requested as part of our deaL.

Capital Ford Sales staff are very professional, helped us pick the right F150, with the right options that we required. No vehicles in Western Canada were available with the options we required (super crew, short box with the max trailer tow package, FX4, blue flame metallic). Joe and Adrian explained the whole process of custom ordering a vehicle, time of delivery and what to expect if any incentives changed between the date the truck was ordered and delivered. Very happy with the whole sales experience at Capital Ford, Regina, SK.
