Angelica in Service Center was very helpful. Titus also in the Service Center was top notch! Very communicative, personable, and went above & beyond with the intake of my car for service. Very much appreciated also the Lyft assistance program and business center that allowed me to work both on & off site while car was being serviced each time. The car service itself...I had to bring the car back twice within a few days of purchase. The post-sale interior cleaning had to be re-done, and the TPS sensor kept coming on. Re-cleaning went well, grateful for that. Was told the front left tire pressure was low, no rotate or new tire needed. TPS KEPT coming on. Few days later, tire was very low, stopped at Discount Tire for an air check. Ended up having to purchase a new tire due to it rapidly leaking air. Vendor cited a poorly done patch job on front left tire. Was furious since I had brought it in that week prior for that particular concern & was told by Toyota everything was fine. More
