After a month of ownership, I had oil changed and i had to clean all of the excess oil left ridiculously splattered over plastic engine cover and discovered they didn't top off windshield fluid much less p to clean all of the excess oil left ridiculously splattered over plastic engine cover and discovered they didn't top off windshield fluid much less put any in at time of delivery. A week before my appointment. .I was told around 100.00 to put tires on. Then the day of appointment..after truck was pulled in..they told me 126.00..which I was fine with...then w .I was told around 100.00 to put tires on. Just having tires put on...Just be upfront with your customers! They should know the price to put tires on.40.00 dollars more. Joke! More

30 miles round trip and the car was $700. 00 more then the price on cars.com and that was diappointing. It was for I think paint protection which I would have passed on. I live just 5 to 7 minutes from Ganley Toyota in Akron, Ohio but went back because of the pryer service from Cain Toyota., More
