I took my car to the Ford dealership to get an oil change and alignment. Well the car was still not aligned and was shaking very bad. Took it back a week later they said it was fixed. No shaking. Got in the and alignment. Well the car was still not aligned and was shaking very bad. Took it back a week later they said it was fixed. No shaking. Got in the car and drove down the road... Shaking. Today was my third time for them to try and fix it. The car was brought back to me. I drove it and it was shaking terribly. I went to the service department and Bradley said he had three different people drive it and it didn't shake. I also talked to Tim W. Over the service department and he stated that he drove it and it didn't shake or nothing. He said he didn't know what else to do to get the car right because it drove just fine for him. I would never never ever recommend this place to anyone for service or to purchase a vehicle! More

It’s one thing to sell a car AS IS, it’s another thing to cover up issues to try to sell the car to an unsuspecting buyer. Within two weeks of having this car, the antifreeze and oil started leaking thing to cover up issues to try to sell the car to an unsuspecting buyer. Within two weeks of having this car, the antifreeze and oil started leaking like a faucet. Literally a trail of oil ALL DOWN THE STREET!! The engine is now ticking. I haven’t even had the car for 25 days and it’s now parked and I can’t drive it. I was in desperate need of a car because my other one was messed up and I need to get my family around and get to work. I explained my situation and they still sold me this crap. If your going to sell as is, the least you can do is let someone know the issues, or don’t put people in cars that have engine problems! You can stick to your policy and not do anything all you want, but wrong is wrong. Have some moral, have some decent character for goodness sake. Everything isn’t about making a dollar. Make a good reputation!! Do better by people! Imagine if this was your family!!! If I wanted to be treated like this I would have went to a buy here pay here. This is what I was trying to avoid. I could have went somewhere where they would take my trade in, but I really trusted that I was getting something dependable. Eddie you even told me that I should just worry about getting something reliable, and worry about what to do with the other car that I still owe on later. Shaking my head. Anything for a dollar huh. What a great experience we had at Buster Miles Ford. I had posted my vehicle on Facebook and had haggled with people and dealers for 3 weeks. I had such a phenomenal experience with this dealership! The customer service I feel is so unbeatable. I bought my mustang May of 2021 and Glenn who sold my my super awesome 2014 mustang called me to see ho The customer service I feel is so unbeatable. I bought my mustang May of 2021 and Glenn who sold my my super awesome 2014 mustang called me to see how I was still loving the car!! A WHOLE YEAR LATER!! He also found a spare key that was accidentally left with another salesman and mailed it to me after I bought the car! I live near Atlanta and even though its only a little over an hour away I would drive to this location anyyyyy day to do business!!!!!! Glenn was serious a down to earth good hearted person who I would trust with any of my future car needs!! More

I bought a new 2016 F150 in April '16. I never had any problem with it. Recently Mim Miles contacted me about selling the truck back to them due the chip shortage and the new vehicle shortage. I called and asked a question in service about a car I’m building, a simple question at that. The guy I spoke with was a xxxxxxx and treated me like I was dumb, then I talked to the boss and he answered my building, a simple question at that. The guy I spoke with was a xxxxxxx and treated me like I was dumb, then I talked to the boss and he answered my question with no problem and was nice. My family has bought several new vehicles from this dealership, I am a retired veteran and that’s how that guy wants to treat someone who has to been to war and kept this nation free so he could have a job in the first place. I’ll never be back there and I’ll make sure my dad doesn’t buy another 50000 dollar truck from here again..... More
