Thank you for this review and the several other reviews you've left. I'm glad we could connect by phone. Unfortunately, the $2.98 in environmental HASMAT fees is a government requirement. In regards to the questions surrounding the conduct of the dealership representatives you raise here, I was able to review the video of your interaction with them, and it clearly shows that they were very professional. It's great to be able to "watch the instant replay", and see that the rigorous and ongoing training programs our staff undertake are having a positive effect. All the best to you. Hi Dennis, I was wondering when I would hear back from you since you promised to follow up with me on this matter. I had over $70 of Overcharges that was unexplained charges and later had to be refunded to my CC. I am only wanting to know how this happened? Especially since you have ongoing training?
