I currently have a 2013 ATS car needing repairs due to several issues such as the touch screen Que System not working, oil change needed, and alignment. I attempted to make contacted with this dealership several issues such as the touch screen Que System not working, oil change needed, and alignment. I attempted to make contacted with this dealership for 3 days consecutively and it was a waste of time. No one called back nor answered the phone. I too will no longer purchase vehicles from this dealership, Chevrolet dealership here I come. More

The service department is horrible! I went in to have brakes and tires and it’s three days later and it’s not ready AND it has a new sound they don’t know what it is. No one has called and when I called I sat on hold for 30 minutes and then they tried to tell me it was the front brakes. No! The sound was coming from the rear… I love my Escalade which is my second but will not buy another one because of the service department. More

I read the negative reviews, and I understand your reason for the score. However, my experience was excellent. I had issues with diagnosing my car's vibrating noise. I took my car to the dealership several times without the issue being resolved. Finally, I emailed Mr. Bobby Cline, and he introduced me to Mr. James Bell. Mr. Bell drove my car personally diagnosing a transmission problem. I am eternally grateful to these professionals for solving my car issue saving me $7,000.00 dollars. Thank you! Happy New Year! fyi Landers does not service (including simple oil changes) for ‘older’ vehicles prior to 2014. Take your business to Jackson, TN. They are the best and highly qualified to work on vehicles.
