If you are a female & want to get spoke to like you don't know what you are talking about or like getting lied to, then this is your place but I highly advise to stay away if you work hard for your money because they will treat you like a dollar value & once they sold you, they could careless about keeping their promises. The $3k pack thry add to each vehicle for their BH advantage membership is a joke. Last time they did a simple oil change on my Jeep, I not only had a terrible experience with service, but now my jeep is leaking oil to the point where I have to lay down cardboard everywhere I go & have yet to reach back out to fix their mistakes. I'm not one to complain because I have been in the industry myself but this takes all the bad stigmatization of car buying to a new level. More

Had the worst experience overall! Started when i purchased my car from brandon honda. Started having car problems the next day after purchase. The car would not start, so i called the road side assistant that i git with the 5000 dollar brandon honda advantage plan that they make everyone pay for. The driver arrived and was a uninsured driver who damaged my car when towing it. They tell you you will receive two free oil changes and complementary first year maintenance. But all i received was oil change free. The car has a transmission problem that was never checked also had broken engine mounts. I wish i had enough money to buy brand new but this is my first time buying from a dealer and i never will again!! Buy with Caution make sure to have someone check everything because they do not care about the people!!! More

Camping at Fort DeSoto decided to venture into Tampa by way of 275. Hit 2 extremely large cement pieces that resulted in 2 severely damaged tires. My husband called Tampa Honda and they could get us in to be serviced, I ubered in with our 2 daughters while my husband waited for the vehicle to get towed. When we realized rims needed to be replaced this dealership didn’t have the parts but they called and found Brandon Honda had a rim. Tampa Honda had their courtesy vehicle take my daughters and I to Branson Honda. As soon as I walked in to Brandon Honda and met Travis Bedell and explained what happened he told me he’d take care of everything and to not worry. Realizing we were going to need to replace both rims on the passenger side of my 22 pilot but they only had one in stock Travis called their other location to secure the 2nd rim. Travis knowing we are camping and the vehicle wasn’t going to be ready the same day made sure we had a rental and that our vehicle would be serviced first thing in the morning. 10 a.m. the next day and our vehicle was ready. Travis 100% made this experience much better and easier to deal with than you could have been. More
