I have tried ordering parts for my Mini via the chatting system, contact ordering form, and service center phone calls for over 2 weeks now. Results: chatting system asks for phone number for call back but system, contact ordering form, and service center phone calls for over 2 weeks now. Results: chatting system asks for phone number for call back but no one calls back. Service center phone call sends you to website referencing order list which cannot be found. Contact form does not work (no emails received with quote or information as requested). Extremely disappointing. More

From our 1st visit our sales person was great, no pressure which we don't like. However, her explanation to details about different feature was fantastic.
