The technician said I needed a new battery and positive cable. Battery was only 4mo old and after corrosion cleaned the system tested good and has worked flawlessly. Additionally told needed new wipers and wipers were only about 1 month old and worked just fine. Also told needed over $1000 dollars to repair oil leak. Technician took a video of underside of car recommending multiple things, but video was mostly useless given he didn’t really show and touch or explain why other things were needed. Oil leak was obvious on underside. Given I was waiting in person would have been nice for tech to show me and explain directly when recommending $4000+ in services. After losing trust in recommendations on things I knew to be relatively new and working fine, I opted to seek an outside inspection. A highly respected business and mechanic diagnosed the cause of oil leak, which did not include replacing all the parts your tech said were needed. They performed the work and no more oil leak, as well as at least $500 less. Myself and my family have been loyal Braman customers for years for service and purchase. Now I no longer feel trusting or confident in service recommendations from your service dept. and am unsure going forward whether I will return. More
I called to set up service. I was told the service advisor would call back in an hour and no one did.. Then, I called again a few days later. I wanted the serpentine belt rep I was told the service advisor would call back in an hour and no one did.. Then, I called again a few days later. I wanted the serpentine belt replaced as it was frayed, I gave them the VIN number, wanted to know when I could bring it in, and asked for a price. They said they could not give a price and were very difficult to deal with over the phone. Just a lot of static from the person I was speaking with . . . I just wanted a simple answer. Finally, I told them to forget it and called the Ed Morse Honda Dealership, also close by and got someone immediately who could provide answers, was very personable, helpful, and knew what they were talking about. Braman seemed strange, and felt not all that great in dealing with customers. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they would not give me a price. About halfway through my conversation with Braman, I got a feeling that I could not trust them. Someone at corporate should deal with the service manager ... perhaps some schooling on how to deal with customers. More

The sale of the vehicle went well, delivery of the vehicle was none existent. No intro to features or operation. MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR WITH SUSAN RUTHLEDGE HAS BEEN AWESOME. SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND IS ABLE TO PINPOINT THE ISSUE WITH MY CAR, WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH A DIAGNOSTIC TEST.
