Mikala & Chris understood my price point and helped me to stick to it. Chris was my main guy at the dealership and he treated me like a star as I struggled through some health issues. I had to cancel an appt, showed late for an appt- heck, I came in all grumpy and miserable for our first meeting. Sorry, Chris :) But he was wonderful and always made me feel welcome. I would be amiss if I did not also thank Laura for making the drudgery of paperwork a warm and pleasant experience. I have always had good experiences at Bowen Scarff Ford. If you are in the market for a Ford, I highly recommend making the visit to Bowen Scarff. I actually live three and a half hours away from the dealership but in making the trip I saved roughly $6000 on my making the visit to Bowen Scarff. I actually live three and a half hours away from the dealership but in making the trip I saved roughly $6000 on my new car when you factor in the dealership markdown the car I purchased and the value I was able to negotiate for my trade-in. But savings aside what I really appreciated was how straightforward the process was. Once I reached an agreement with Chris Kelly in Internet Sales on the trade-in value for my old car, the dealership honored the agreement and didn't try to play any games on lowering the value once I was on the lot. Because we drove in from the other side of the state and still had to get home, Chris actually met us at the dealership early so we could make good time. From start to finish we were done and heading back home in less than two and a half hours. Buying a car is never fun, but Chris and the rest of the folks at Bowen Scarff at least made it simpler than every other dealership I have ever worked with. More
