The repair service was excellent and included a loaner because my car would be held overnight. However, no one satisfactorily explained to me why I had to pay $940.00 for a repair that I think should be c because my car would be held overnight. However, no one satisfactorily explained to me why I had to pay $940.00 for a repair that I think should be covered under warranty. My CR-V Hybrid is less than two years old and has about 14,600 miles on it. The cable behind the inside rear view mirror broke, and the whole structure had to be replaced. Why is this not covered under warranty? I didn't break it. It would appear to have been somehow defective. An answer would be welcome. We live in Springfield, have purchased several cars from you, and thought there would have been an explanation for this charge. More

Had a routine oil change and tire rotation. The technician found a shard of glass in my tire. Had that fixed also thanks to his inspection. All people were friendly and helpful. My service was an unscheduled appointments. I had 2 very flat tires, and had my vehicle towed to Bob Lindsey Honda. I called to make them aware that my vehicle was on its way there. The service I had 2 very flat tires, and had my vehicle towed to Bob Lindsey Honda. I called to make them aware that my vehicle was on its way there. The service dept. staff was very understanding of my situation. They welcomed the service I needed. They were able to check out my tires within an hour of drop off. It was late afternoon, but they helped me out right away! I got an estimate right away. I was able to use their helpful shuttle service the next morning, to pick up my van. Service estimate for my 2 new tires was right on target. Staff all around was so helpful and kind! More

My CRV(2015) wouldn't start. I jumped it to ensure that it was just a battery issue and nothing wrong with the starter/ignition. Called the dealer where all of my servicing takes I jumped it to ensure that it was just a battery issue and nothing wrong with the starter/ignition.
