Then he took us to the finance person, Chris, and that went smooth and he looked for best interest rate and was very friendly and fun to work with. Professional but made you feel at home. This is the 2nd car we have gotten from a Billingsley dealership. The first was great too which led me to look at them for another. The car was clean and ready to go. Its a dream to drive. Recently we our "check engine immediately" light came on a few miles north of Ardmore. We had just had 2 days of work done on our car in Norman, so you can imagine our dismay. We pulled into Billingsley Ford in Ardmore about 15 minutes before the service department opened. Even though we did not have an appointment, they were super courteous about finding our problem and getting us on the road again. First, we were so relieved they were able to find the problem. Second, they were efficient about getting our Escape fixed and on the road again so we could make our commitment in Houston Friday night! We were very impressed with their service department.
