Took my car in 6 weeks ago for 2 bulbs, a window reseal and a window motor repair/replacement and still don't have it back. How does a company of any type take in service orders and allow them to remain o and a window motor repair/replacement and still don't have it back. How does a company of any type take in service orders and allow them to remain outstanding this long for such simple repairs? Apparently my service rep, his manager and even the CFO of the company doesn't pay attention and doesn't monitor or reconcile service orders. How does a CFO prepare accurate monthly financials with this kind of slipshod service? Apparently no one at the dealership regardless of position up or down the chain gives a xxxx. More
