We were promised a second key fob but after repeated calls have not received one for this 2020 Honda crv -would never have bought with only one key fob - it’s been about 6 months of not returned calls - calls have not received one for this 2020 Honda crv -would never have bought with only one key fob - it’s been about 6 months of not returned calls - needles to say after buying 3 cars and 1 truck there in 4 years I will buy no more from Bill Cole - that’s all my wife wants for Christmas is her second key fob as promised More

Stopped by on a Saturday looking to take a new Honda for a test drive. I was not interested in valuing my current vehicle for trade just yet. Previous great experience with 2015 Odyssey.. Today opposite. Kept trying to get us to sell back. Looked at and gave us KBB estimate of $16,,720 + up to 3,000 extra. Ended up offering $16,000. The insi opposite. Kept trying to get us to sell back. Looked at and gave us KBB estimate of $16,,720 + up to 3,000 extra. Ended up offering $16,000. The inside is perfect, 74,000 miles and a few superficial scratches. Thank you Bill Cole, we're done. We will even have service done elsewhere in future. More

Sister bought a new civic in June. The second key was missing so they was going to find it or order a new one for her. We’ve called and went in every other week since and all they tell us is that they’re missing so they was going to find it or order a new one for her. We’ve called and went in every other week since and all they tell us is that they’re trying to locate the key. They’ve been looking for it for months now. They keep sending our calls to the manager, Nelson Ward, he never answers, never gives us a call back at all. Not one time. Highly do not recommend this dealership. They have poor communication with customers, and any other dealership would order the key right away. I mean it is a brand new car. 🤷🏼♂️ More

Dont associate with BC honda. Tried to over sell me They tried to sell me a ‘17 civic si sedan for $28k after tags title and fees. Mind you I was 19 years old at the time and the car books for around $2 They tried to sell me a ‘17 civic si sedan for $28k after tags title and fees. Mind you I was 19 years old at the time and the car books for around $24k. It had just came out the same month I bought it but the one I wanted was the test drive model and had over 100 miles on it. Went to don Jacobs Honda in Lexington because they sold it to me for $22.5k with 3 miles on it. They also tried to screw my dad with telling him the sticker price was more than it was so the deal seemed better. More
