My experience with Bell Ford was quick, easy and painless. Ross Malloy is one of the best salesmen in my many years of buying and trading in cars and trucks. He actually cares and wants to make sure you get the right vehicle for you, not just phoning it in to make a sale. I’m extremely happy with the truck I purchased, and even more happy that I didn’t end up with the one I thought I wanted. I always dread the finance office part of the sale but credit to Zach in the back office, I felt well taken care of, not rushed into a decision, and given plenty of information to make informed decisions. Give Bell Ford a chance to win your business and you'll see. More

Went there to test drive 2007 commander that they got from a trade-in, after test driving- it obviously needed repairs, they told me the mechanic said that he wouldn’t tell me what’s wrong with the car u from a trade-in, after test driving- it obviously needed repairs, they told me the mechanic said that he wouldn’t tell me what’s wrong with the car unless I paid the $260 Mechanic fee for him to take a look at it! A week later they raise the price and then called me to see if I still wanted to buy it. I thought - good they made the repair and rolled it into the price-no they raised price for no reason! without the repairs even being made and try to charge me more money, makes no sense! What the heck is going on here, Charge a higher price for a car that blatantly needs repairs! I don’t think the market value goes up on a car that needs repairs! More
Buying my truck was a very smooth process. All of my questions were answered and I had my truck delivered on the same day! My salesman was very professional ,as well as, the finance manager. I feel as though I have been scammed by on old friend! I have dealt with Bell Ford for the past 35 years. My family and I have purchased numerous vehicles from them and have used the service facilities I have dealt with Bell Ford for the past 35 years. My family and I have purchased numerous vehicles from them and have used the service facilities countless times. Usually I have been happy with our interactions and whether we purchased or not there was never any distrust. A few months ago, my wife & I purchased a new Mustang Mach-E. It was a good purchase experience all through except for an attempted 'hard sell' of an extended warranty at the final signing. All was well until recently, while doing my income taxes, I checked my invoice to retrieve tax and license information and discovered a fee I didn't recognize listed under 'Registration Taxes & Fees'. It is called "VTR" and was for $268. A little research indicated that this is an OPTIONAL service in which the VIN is etched onto the vehicle's windows and then the vehicle is "registered" into some kind of database in case it is stolen. Had I been specifically informed about this I would have rejected it. I examined my windows but could not find any indication of any etching. I called Bell Ford and spoke to a General Manager whose initials are H.W. and he verified the charge and the fact that it is optional but made no offer of a refund or a resolution. Very disappointed! I am writing this as a warning to others who purchase a vehicle from Bell Ford (or any dealer) to be observant of the fees and taxes you are being charged and what they are for. More
