Even though I was looking at a preowned car, she ensured the car I was wanting to view was available with keys successful at making me feel welcome. She assisted in making the process as simple and transparent as possible, and like many dealers have a habit of doing, didn't ram the idea of a brand new car down my throat which was a pleasant change. She accommodated to my needs and preferences in the signing and delivery process, even ensuring I drove away with my winter tires installed. Even now after the sale is complete, she is responsive to any concerns I may have, even to the point of booking a service appointment for me to have something looked at.
