The worst of the worst. .I bought a 2105 grand Cherokee limited from them in 2015.since then I have to have 2 cylinders replaced, radiator, oil pump, the motors for windshiel .I bought a 2105 grand Cherokee limited from them in 2015.since then I have to have 2 cylinders replaced, radiator, oil pump, the motors for windshield fluid are broken, and it leaks..they were no help so had to bring it to another dealership..this time I had to bro g it in because it’s stuck in 4 wheel drive, made an appt for 9:30 am Friday morning, called twice to get an update..Jessie said he would Call me back, didn’t hear from him till Saturday.. I was then told that the part needed wouldn’t be in for a week, and will be fixed week from Monday. Call Today and told part not in yet, should be done this week and got an attitude about it..left message for any manager to call me back, not holding my breath..go somewhere else. More

Now they have blown me off even the sales manager told me to do what i have to do when i told him they sold me a lemon YES I said a LEMON!!! Im in the process of working with the dealers association and the state of RI and even the turn to ten news so if anybody is thinking about buying a vehicle from them think about how they left me with a 2022 junk LEMON i will never buy from them again or let anybody i know buy from them ever!!!!!! if i could give you no stars i would More
