This is my second vehicle from the BMW family and I can not express how happy I am with this purchase. We know Ales since 2014 when we had the luck to purchase our first BMW with his help. Ales was very courteous and helpful, he was patient in answering my queries. Waited and followed up with promptly on my license situation. Going to the car dealership is like going to the dentist to get a cavity filled BUT then there is Greg Fielding WOW!!! He is your BEST man there. He made it a pleasant experience!!!! He goes the extra miles with everything!!! I had Ralph and Mary call him on car details after dealership is closed (on his personal time) They commented what a nice guy Greg was. I brought my friend and her daughter with me to the dealership. They feel the same thing about Greg wonderful experience. We saw that not everyone that was there Saturday did not get the same treatment that we were experiening.
