Customre Service is non existant. I purchased a used truck on Saturday and the a/c compressor failed the next day. So this review does not reflect on the sales staff, finance people or the product. This review reflects on the service department. I brought the truck in for the repairs at 7 am the following business day and was told that they had no loaner vehicles to give out, That is not what upset me, the way the service person (can not remember there name) did not show any kind of remorse. I tried calling to get an update on the truck that afternoon and was sent to 5 different people and was sent to voice mail for all of them. After finally getting touch with someone they delivered a loaner truck to my home the same day. Now three days later I have been waiting for an update since I called around 10:30 am and have not received any updates and its 3pm. If I had it to do allover again I WOULD NOT Go to Jim Glover. There commercials about they put customer service there priority is a lie. I will not be a return customer once the warranty runs out.. More
